JumpStart Local is a service of RBV Media LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We build ready-to-launch websites for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you respond to one of our ads, submit a form, or use this website — and what we do with it.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you submit one of our forms — including a Facebook or Instagram instant form — we may receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your business name, city, and website address
• Any other detail you type into a form field

We also collect standard, non-identifying technical data when you visit this site, such as browser type, device type, and referring page. We use the Meta pixel to measure whether our ads are working.

How we use your information

• To build and show you a website. We use your business name, city, and website to research your business from public sources (such as your Google Business Profile) and build you a demo site.
• To contact you about it. We email, call, or text you the link to your site and offer to walk you through it.
• To follow up. If you do not respond, we may send a small number of follow-up messages. You can stop these at any time.
• To improve our service. Aggregate, de-identified performance data helps us make our ads and sites better.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not rent or trade your contact details to third-party marketers.
• We do not use your information for any purpose you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our CRM (GoHighLevel), our email provider, our hosting provider (Vercel), and Meta for ad delivery and measurement. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Text messages and calls

By giving us your phone number you agree that we may contact you at that number about your free website, including by text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

How long we keep it

We keep lead information for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. Demo sites built for businesses that never claim them are removed on a rolling basis.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to:

• See what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop contacting you

Children

This service is for businesses. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
